Mr and Mrs Anders were moving into sheltered accommodation however their original property needed works and was not in a mortgageable state. The were introduced to BIP and the situation was explained, a cash buy from BIP would allow them to quickly sell the property. We bought the property within 14 days and also gave Mr and Mrs Anders a week to move out thereafter.
