Quick sale completed within 8 days after vendor had the property on sale via estate agents with no success
The property had been on the market for a number of months. The vendor was paying monies in council tax with the property being empty and the monthly mortgage.
Having seen our advert in the newspaper, Miss Forde decided to give us a go. We conducted their survey and upon receipt of this we paid all the fees and completed within 8 days. The estate agency fee was also covered by us due to our relationship with the agents.
